The purpose of the Pension Funds Adjudicator is to resolve disputes in a procedurally fair, economical and expeditious manner. The adjudicator’s office investigates and determines complaints of abuse of power, maladministration, disputes of fact or law and employer dereliction of duty in respect of pension funds.​​

If you are unhappy with how your query was handled by the Fund, or you are not happy with the outcome of a decision, we invite you to contact the Fund first before referring the matter to the adjudicator.

Please email your complaint to support@crfund.co.za with the following details:

  • Your pension or ID Number
  • Detailed description of the complaint
  • Preferred contact details

We will investigate the complaint and provide you with feedback within two working days. In some cases, due to the nature of the complaint, it might take a little longer to resolve and provide you with feedback. In such a case, we will keep you informed on the progress, ensuring that you are kept up to date until we have an answer for you.
